Jeevandhara is a home
for hearing and speech
impaired girl
children.
It was
started on 19-06-1998
At present there
are 13 girl children
of which 9 are deaf
and dumb and 5children
are orphans.
All the children
are going to school
and they are studying
in different classes.
Other than that they
are given training in
all self help skills.
Speech therapy is also
given to needy
children. Many of them
are good in drawing,
painting and all. They
are interested in
various out door games
like
running, jumping, and
skipping. They are
interested in playing
indoor games like
caroms and chess. They
are maintaining a
kitchen garden in
which all the work is
done by the children.
